Becoming more whole, grounded, and authentic in an increasingly fragmented, distracted, and artificial world.
Exploring faith, formation, leadership, and spiritual intelligence for a life rooted in Christ and growing in wisdom.
I'm Claire Rivera, a director in clinical research, writer, speaker, and nonprofit founder. My life is centered on Jesus, and my faith shapes how I love, work, serve, and understand the world. Throughout my journey, I've found that whether I'm leading global teams, serving my community, or studying Scripture, the work is often the same: helping people make sense of complexity and see the patterns that shape our lives, starting with myself.
Whether you're here because of corporate leadership, faith, technology, nonprofit work, or simple curiosity, I'm glad you stopped by. I hope you'll find ideas that encourage you to think deeply, lead wisely, and follow Jesus more faithfully. Let’s become more whole, grounded and authentic together in this increasingly fragmented, distracted, and artificial world, by focusing on the beauty and inspiration all around us.

Finding the Lattice
Exploration of the practical theology behind Light in the Lattice, including the ideas, spiritual disciplines, and patterns that help us become more whole, grounded, and authentic.
Clarity, Community, Compassion, and Creation form the pillars, while Scripture and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit remain at the center. The framework is still taking shape and will continue to deepen and evolve as I study, practice, write, and learn in community with others.

Field Notes & Reflections
Personal essays, videos, photographs, observations, and everyday musings on faith, leadership, work, growth, and the ordinary moments that shape us.
Think of these as field notes from a life of paying attention: noticing patterns, asking questions, practicing the pause, and tracing where God is at work. Prayer and spiritual disciplines are central and create the space to listen and remain rooted in Christ.
